2016-2017      Moms Demand Action Leader, Local Group Lead and State Co-Lead  Managing local group leads for State of Texas.  Created this position to share the State lead role, started with 6 local groups, now managing 16.

2015                Kennedy Center Teaching Artist, Crestwood Elementary School  Developed specific program to meet needs of the classroom and ran workshops with students, worked hand-in-hand with teachers on self- assessment of program and student growth and retention.

2009-2015       Project Girl, Group Facilitator- Madison Area Coordinator & Trainer Ran groups at middle schools, community centers, and special events using the Project Girl curriculum. Lead workshops to train teachers, parents, and students on how to use the Project Girl curriculum and how to get groups started in their community. Had a leadership role in digital presence of Project Girl online.

2008-2013       Taught community classes through Madison School Community Recreation Developed classes to meet needs and interests of community. Taught to a wide range of abilities and populations, ages 3-92.

2010-2012      Graduate Assistant, Graduate and Professional Studies, Edgewood College Worked directly under the Dean managing special projects. Independent research to expand program, evaluate courses, and work with community partners. Helped to build communication within department and across campus through meetings, email, and information sharing systems.
